Smudging and Clearing Feathers

Feathers have been used for thousands of years by Native Americans and other cultures throughout Central and South America. Feathers are sacred objects in ritual the main reason is due to the fact that birds are revered by native people because of their closeness with The Divine.

When smudging with sage or paleo to clear your space use a feather waft the smoke through the room as part of your ritual. Feathers are also used along side clearing sprays or on their own to clear and cleanse the Auric field.
